Galen George has a B.S. in Biochemistry and an M.S. Food Science from Michigan State University. He is an IFT Certified Food Scientist and has been a Food Safety Consultant for the food manufacturing, cannabis, and produce industries for 2 years - leading testing of nutritional parameters, quality parameters, shelf-life, and food safety. Galen has been with CID Bio-Science and Felix Instruments for 4 years.
